Pratt Hill Town Houses

Six townhouses occupy an urban site at the edge of Providence’s most prestigious historic district: College Hill.
The centerpiece of the development is a two-level courtyard. The lower courtyard provides vehicular access to the garages at the bottom of the townhouses. The upper courtyard level provides pedestrian access. The courtyard gives the development its distinctive urban quality.
